Marissa and Hope

Marissa and her family brought hope to the center after she was abandoned on the beach.. Hope was near death and I really did not think she would make it. The family asked me to care for her until they could come back to Rocky Point to see if she was healthy enough to adopt.

Marissa prayed each night for Hope's recovery. Many months later the family returned to Rocky Point.  Hope received the much needed love and medical care while she waited for Marissa to return. Hope is truly a miracle or maybe  Marissa's miracle. You see Marissa was adopted by an American couple who now live in Glendale Arizona and she knew her prayers would be answered.
